While many casinos are partnering with gaming software providers for profit-based gambling, Indiana’s Majestic Star Casino & Hotel has just partnered with Bally Technologies to develop free online gaming for gamers around the nation.
The selection of games offered will include online slots, online, poker, and online table games. These games will help gamers “perfect their skills” as well as provide entertainment-only fun with no risk of losing actual money.
The games offered will be Bally favorites, as well as favorites of Bally partners such as Interblock, SHFL, and CG Technology. While this innovative move does not directly generate revenue for the casino it helps generates brand recognition in response to its marketing muscle.

Last week, the states of Nevada and Delaware forged a groundbreaking interstate online gambling agreement.
As two of just three states to have legalized online gambling to date, the governors of Nevada and Delaware have reached an agreement allowing residents in those states to play against one another inside of virtual poker rooms.
In response to this historic pact, Locaid, the world’s largest Location-as-a-Service (LaaS) company, announced a geolocation and gaming industry first: general availability of a multi-state geolocation compliance API for Delaware and Nevada.
