If you’re a casino or gaming app, the best bet today is mobile.
Word is just out that the Desert Diamond Casinos have partnered with Joingo, a well-known provider of mobile engagement solutions for the casino gaming industry. Together, they’ve launched a Desert Diamond Casinos mobile app called “MY DDC.”
“The JOINGO-powered app integrates with the casino’s existing IGT systems, features real-time account info for Diamond Rewards members, plus in-app access to amenities and information for all three of their Arizona properties,” according to a statement provided to mGamingWatch.
With locations in Tucson, Sahuarita, and Why (Why is a tiny unincorporated rural community in Pima County), Arizona, Desert Diamond Casinos offers entertainment options ranging from gaming to fine dining to major concerts at the 2,600-seat Diamond Center.
“Using JOINGO’s intuitive mobile platform, Desert Diamond Casinos delivers Free Play, dining offers, and promotions to their guests’ iOS and Android devices,” notes the company. “Geofencing capabilities allow Desert Diamond Casinos to target and automate the delivery of marketing messages, sending offers to guests when and where they are most likely to act on them.”
