Frogger is a timeless classic arcade game that was developed by Konami Gaming Inc. in 1981. Since its initial success a multitude of new and improved versions of Frogger have been released for arcades, computers, and even mobile apps. However, the 2015 Global Gaming Expo (G2E) is where the highly anticipated Frogger-themed slot machines will be revealed.
This year’s G2E will be held from September 29 to Oct 1 in Las Vegas and is expected to bring over 25,000 gaming and casino professionals from around the globe. Like every year, Konami will have a coveted exhibit—that spans and entire 11,000 square feet.
Along with the debut of their Frogger slots, will be the release of their Dungeons & Dragons video slots, and new Neo Contra themed slots.
“Frogger has remained one of the world’s most singularly recognizable video games for more than 30 years, and players have the chance to experience their favorite Frogger features with a real-money casino spin,” said Matt Reback, vice president, marketing at Konami Gaming, Inc.
