The BMW Electric Paddleboard Costs $4,650 and Has More Tech Than Your First Car

A BMW paddleboard was absolutely not on my 2025 bingo card, yet here we are. The German automaker, apparently tired of limiting its electrification ambitions to asphalt, has partnered with Estonian watersports company SipaBoards to launch the BMW x SipaBoards e-SUP, an electric stand-up paddleboard that costs €3,990 (about $4,650) and comes with all the premium trappings you’d expect from a brand that charges extra for heated seats. The board was just unveiled at BMW Welt in Munich alongside the new iX3, because apparently nothing says “electric vehicle future” quite like a floating recreation device with a waterjet motor.

This might seem like a bizarre tangent for a car company, but BMW has always been obsessed with what it calls “sheer driving pleasure,” and I suppose when you run out of road, you start eyeing the water. The e-SUP features a 300-watt integrated motor that uses silent waterjet technology, which SipaBoards claims is 15% more powerful than previous versions while being quieter than anything else in the category. The board ships with two 90Wh battery modules good for 3.5 hours of assisted paddling, with larger 180Wh modules coming in 2026 that will double runtime to around 7 hours. You control the motor via a paddle-mounted remote that’s styled after BMW’s Neue Klasse design language, letting you throttle up without fumbling around or losing your balance.

Designers: BMW & Sipaboards

The e-SUP self-inflates, eliminating the tedious pump ritual that makes inflatable SUPs such a pain to deploy. Once inflated, the board measures in at a touring-friendly length (looks like their 12-foot model based on the “120” marking visible in the photos), with that signature pointed nose and enough deck space for gear mounting via the modular SipaMount system. That modularity matters because it means you can retrofit accessories and future upgrades without replacing the entire board, which is exactly the kind of longevity thinking that makes expensive gear purchases easier to justify. The design itself leans heavily into geometric patterns and muted blues and greys, with angular lines that echo the faceted, almost origami-like surfaces BMW has been experimenting with on concept vehicles.

Even though it does sound absurd on paper, the e-SUP really does align with BMW’s core identity. The German marque has always marketed itself around precision engineering, driver assist technology, and a certain aspirational lifestyle appeal. An app-connected paddleboard with route planning, performance tracking, and electric assist fits that template surprisingly well. You get the same obsessive attention to user experience: intuitive controls, connectivity features, modular upgradeability, and that unmistakable premium aesthetic. The safety angle is real too. Every year, paddleboarders get swept out by currents or wind, and having an electric motor as backup could genuinely prevent rescues or worse. It’s the same philosophy behind stability control in cars, just applied to a completely different environment.

The $4,650 pricing will make purists scoff, and they have a point. You can get a solid non-electric inflatable SUP for a quarter of the cost, and serious paddlers might balk at the weight penalty of integrated motors and batteries. But BMW has never competed on value. They compete on aspiration, refinement, and that intangible sense that you’re using something designed with obsessive care. The e-SUP succeeds at projecting that, from the premium carry bag to the sleek industrial design. Whether it finds an audience beyond BMW superfans and gadget-obsessed water sports enthusiasts remains to be seen, but as a first foray into electric watercraft, it’s competent, surprisingly coherent, and way more thought-through than I expected when I first heard “BMW paddleboard.” Sometimes brand extensions are desperate cash grabs. This one actually makes a weird kind of sense.

When on the course, you need to bring you’re A game forward, every little thing matters when you hit the golf ball with the club, as the devil lies in the details. An important part of the whole experience is being correctly aware of the course. This is where a GPS Golf speaker comes in handy, as many pro golfers and budding ones are investing in the idea.

The golfing accessory has many benefits, right from being on top of the opponent with real-time yardages, or listening to your favorite tunes to destress. Bushnell has long been providing golfers with smart accessories to improve their game, and now their new GPS Golf speaker promises more. The accessory is a Bluetooth speaker, GPS rangefinder, and a look into the future of golf electronics.

Designer: Bushnell

The new version of the Wingman Bluetooth speaker is an upgrade to the Wingman View, introduced in 2023. The new speaker comes with a 3.5-inch color touchscreen that provides detailed metrics of the course you are currently on. Dubbed Wingman HD, the Bluetooth speaker graduates from a monochromatic LCD display on the previous version. To give you accurate details about the current course, the speaker employs the built-in GPS for tracking your location. It has a pre-loaded database of over 38,000 courses around the world, which is great if you love to play at multiple locations. The accessory details about the front, middle and back yardages, as well as hazards and distances from the hole to keep you one step ahead of the opponents. You can either have the information displayed on the screen or listen to it via the speaker.

You can connect the device to the smartphone with their mobile app that adds more functionality like flyovers of the entire hole, or detailed scorekeeping. The new speaker has a semi-cylindrical design that’s flatter on the top section. On the inside, it has two 15-watt drivers and a passive radiator to give the low-end frequencies a thump. To make things easy, the IPX67-rated Wingman HD speaker has magnetic mounts to stick it to your golf cart. There’s a feature on this called Dynamic Audio Adjustment that auto-adjusts the volume to compensate for ambient noises.

Depending on your taste, the sound can be adjusted with the Indoor and Outdoor EQ. There’s an added feature that allows you to record custom messages like “well played,” or trigger pre-recorded custom sounds like crowd applause. The best bit about the Wingman HD is that up to 100 of them can be connected to play simultaneously, which creates an altogether different playing experience, something similar to a packed sports arena. Bushnell Wingman HD is available now for $200, which is the same price as its predecessor.

World’s First AI Sports Headband Nuromova N1 Makes Mental Fitness Part of Your Game https://www.yankodesign.com/2025/10/07/worlds-first-ai-sports-headband-nuromova-n1-makes-mental-fitness-part-of-your-game/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=worlds-first-ai-sports-headband-nuromova-n1-makes-mental-fitness-part-of-your-game Wed, 08 Oct 2025 01:45:18 +0000 https://www.yankodesign.com/?p=582028

Athletes know that performance isn’t just about physical strength or stamina. Mental focus, resilience, and emotional control are just as critical when the pressure is on. Yet most wearables on the market still focus on heart rate, steps, or calories, leaving the brain’s role in training largely invisible. For anyone who’s ever lost focus at a crucial moment or wondered why a session just didn’t click, there’s finally a new tool that brings mental fitness into the spotlight.

What makes the Nuromova N1 AI Sports Headband so compelling is how it turns the abstract world of mental state into real-time, actionable data. Forget about your run-of-the-mill wrist-worn fitness tracker. This is a sleek, lightweight headband packed with pro-level EEG sensors and AI-powered analytics, designed to help athletes of all levels train smarter, recover faster, and understand themselves better.

Designer: Nuromova Technology Co., Limited

Click Here to Buy Now: $329 $599 (45% off). Hurry, only a few left!

The design is clearly built for movement. The N1 features a soft, adaptive fit that hugs your head without squeezing, thanks to a multi-layer construction. A breathable, sweat-wicking outer surface, a cushioned mid-layer, and a cool, non-slip skin layer keep everything in place even during intense workouts. The headband is lightweight and minimalist, so it feels like any other high-performance sports accessory, just smarter.

Comfort isn’t just a side note here. The headband’s modular quick-release design makes it easy to put on or take off, while the gel electrodes ensure high-quality signal capture without irritation. The magnetic charging dock and extended battery life mean you can train day after day without worrying about running out of juice mid-session.

Of course, the real magic happens once you start moving. The N1’s EEG sensors capture brain signals from the frontal cortex, analyzing focus, stress, fatigue, and emotional shifts in real time. The AI model, running on both the headband and in the cloud, delivers instant feedback. If your focus dips or stress spikes, you’ll feel a gentle vibration cue, letting you adjust before your performance suffers.

The companion app is as thoughtfully designed as the hardware. Syncing is instant and calibration-free, so you can get started right away. During training, you see live readouts of your mental state. After each session, you get a detailed breakdown of focus curves, fatigue spikes, and emotional trends. The app even lets you align video highlights with your brain data, making it easy to spot what triggered a lapse or a breakthrough.

What’s especially interesting is how the N1 adapts to different sports and routines. Whether you’re a tennis player, runner, archer, or team athlete, the headband tracks your mental performance across disciplines. Early users describe it as a thinking partner that helps them understand when to push, when to reset, and how to optimize every session, not just physically but mentally.

The technology under the hood is impressive, but it never feels intimidating. Deep learning models analyze your data and generate personalized suggestions, all while protecting your privacy through federated learning. The feedback is fast, under 200 milliseconds, so you’re always in sync with your own brain. The AI coach feature provides insights that feel genuinely helpful rather than overwhelming.

That said, the N1 isn’t just about numbers and graphs. It’s about changing the way athletes approach training and recovery. Instead of guessing at what’s happening inside your head, you get clear, science-backed insights that help you build mental toughness and resilience over time. The design is subtle enough for everyday wear but smart enough to make a real difference when it counts.

The multi-sport versatility makes this headband particularly appealing for athletes who cross-train or compete in multiple disciplines. The same device that helps a tennis player maintain focus during long rallies can help a runner push through mental barriers or assist an archer in achieving perfect concentration. This adaptability means your investment grows with your athletic interests.

The Nuromova N1 AI Sports Headband represents a new frontier in sports technology, where mental fitness becomes as measurable and trainable as physical performance. For athletes who understand that the mind runs the game, this headband offers a way to finally see, understand, and optimize the psychological side of peak performance. It’s the kind of innovation that makes you wonder how you ever trained without knowing what your brain was actually doing.

Triumph debuts 2-in-1 modular TXP electric off-road bikes for kids and young adults

Triumph Motorcycles acquired OSET in 2022 for a reason, and that has now materialized into a new age electric bike range that caters to kids, teenagers, and young adults. Before this, the British motorcycle maker had never ventured into the electric bike segment. With OSET’s vast experience in making trials bikes on the proven electric platform, Triumph has finally released the TXP range after three years.

Unlike most of the manufacturers who scale down the adult bike frames for younger riders, this bike range has custom geometry and a frame. There are four models in the lineup: TXP-12, TXP-16, TXP-20, and TXP-24. Every model comes with Field-Oriented Control (FOC) for seamless motor operation and Active Power Stabilization (APS). This results in consistent battery output when the battery depletes.

Designer: Triumph Motorcycles

The bikes are IP67-rated for electronics and battery, thereby making them fit for any off-road skirmishes. For hardcore riders who love to take electric bikes to extreme trails, there is an easily removable lithium-ion battery pack for swapping batteries. What makes this new lineup stand out is the modular 2-in-1 configuration. The seat and mudguards can be removed to convert the dirt bike into a standing trials bike, called the Trials Mode. The normal configuration is dubbed the Xplore mode, given its capability in off-roading conditions.

The smallest of them, TXP-12, is built for kids as young as three, having a 600W motor. The most powerful among them is the TXP-24, which is powered by a 1600W brushless motor that handles adults weighing up to 198lbs. Suspension on each of the models scales from 50mm front/60mm rear on the TXP-12, to 160mm front/145mm rear on the TXP-24. For a better ride experience, the TXP-24 has air-sprung forks with rebound and compression adjustability. TXP-12 comes with cable-operated discs, while the higher-end TXP-24 has four-piston calipers. The mid-range models have hydraulic two-piston setups.

These bikes are designed to grow with the riders, with features and functions in place for maximum safety. There are PIN-protected speed controls, magnetic safety lanyards, ball-end brake levers, and child-specific grip sizing for the kids in particular. The livery also gives off a very Gen-Z vibe, making it ideal for youngsters. The more mature TXP-20 and TXP-24 models have diagnostic-ready electronics to show any display fault codes or service alerts. This makes troubleshooting in the wild easier, and perhaps life-saving.

The TXP-12 and TXP-16 bikes in the TXP range can be pre-ordered right now for $1,695 and $2,295, respectively, with pre-Christmas deliveries promised by Triumph. The TXP-20 and TXP-24 models are not yet available, with the U.K. pricing set at £3,195 (approximately $4,300) and £3,695 (approximately $4,950).

Most home gym equipment operates under a frustrating assumption: that every living space is basically the same rectangle with standard dimensions and identical structural constraints. Walk into any fitness store and you’ll find pull-up bars that either require doorframes of specific widths, power towers that demand massive floor space, or wall-mounted systems that assume you own your place and don’t mind drilling into studs. The reality is that modern living spaces are wildly diverse, from studio apartments with unusual ceiling heights to rental properties where permanent modifications are off-limits. TEDDY WORKS seems to understand this fundamental disconnect, and their KENSUI kaku represents a refreshingly different approach to home fitness equipment.

The Japanese company has built their entire product philosophy around the concept of “Saikouchiku,” which combines the ideas of reconsideration and rebuilding. Instead of designing another generic pull-up bar, they’ve created what amounts to a modular fitness system that adapts to your space rather than demanding that your space conform to it. The KENSUI kaku operates on a tension-mount system that spans floor to ceiling, requiring zero drilling, zero wall anchors, and zero permanent modifications to your living space. This isn’t just convenient for renters, it’s actually a more stable and safer approach than many traditional installations.

Designer: TEDDY WORKS

Click Here to Buy Now: $246 $348 (30% off). Hurry, only 85/100 left!

The engineering here is genuinely impressive. The system uses a deliberately angled design set at 85 degrees rather than perfectly vertical, which prevents forward tipping and eliminates the need to brace forcefully against the ceiling. TEDDY WORKS has load-tested this setup extensively, hanging 152 kilograms of weight from the unit for 48 continuous hours with no deformation or structural damage. That’s roughly 335 pounds, which should handle even the most aggressive training sessions with substantial safety margin built in. The entire system weighs 22 kilograms (about 48.5 pounds), but can accommodate ceiling heights up to 275 centimeters (roughly 9 feet), making it compatible with most residential spaces.

What sets this system apart from conventional home gym equipment is the installation footprint, which TEDDY WORKS claims is one-twenty-fifth the size of traditional pull-up equipment. The installation area is hyper-compact (18 cm × 18 cm), meaning you can install it in narrow hallways, bedroom corners, or other spaces that would be completely unsuitable for conventional gym equipment. The floor space around your feet remains completely clear, eliminating the trip hazards and spatial constraints that make most home gym equipment feel intrusive in daily living.

The customization options reveal where TEDDY WORKS has really thought through the user experience. The Model 4 introduces one-touch handle width adjustment, allowing users to instantly modify their grip spacing for different exercises or body dimensions. Handle height adjusts in 5-centimeter increments all the way up to just below ceiling level, accommodating everyone from shorter users doing assisted exercises to tall individuals who need maximum clearance. The system accepts multiple add-on attachments, including specialized dip handles with TPV grips that provide gym-quality traction and safety.

The exercise versatility is genuinely comprehensive. Beyond standard pull-ups and chin-ups, the system supports dips, leg raises, push-up variations, suspension trainer attachment points, gymnastics rings, and even functions as an anchor point for portable cable machine setups. This kind of exercise range typically requires multiple pieces of equipment, each with their own space and installation requirements. KENSUI kaku consolidates all of this into a single, vertically-oriented system that disappears into the background of your living space.

The installation process appears genuinely foolproof. You assemble three frame pipes from bottom to top, secure everything with bolts, extend the system to ceiling height, and lock it in place with the tension-mount mechanism. TEDDY WORKS recommends setting it under a ceiling beam for extra stability, but states that any ceiling capable of supporting your palm pressure during installation will work fine. This covers virtually all residential construction, including standard gypsum board ceilings.

For people serious about maintaining consistent home workouts, KENSUI kaku addresses the fundamental space and flexibility challenges that make most home gym equipment either impractical or annoying in daily life. It’s designed for individuals who have identified specific spaces in their homes for fitness activities and want professional-grade equipment that won’t dominate their living environment. The system assumes you’re committed enough to dedicate that corner or hallway to regular training, but smart enough to want equipment that integrates seamlessly rather than screaming “gym equipment” at everyone who enters your space.

Pricing sits at around $246 for the base unit during the Kickstarter campaign, which positions it between basic doorway pull-up bars and full home gym rigs. That’s cheaper than your standard yearly gym fee, and definitely more than a Peloton which literally limits you to just one exercise. Optional accessories like dip handles and cable attachments add to the total cost, but they also extend the system’s capabilities significantly.

Home fitness equipment typically falls into two categories: expensive machines that dominate entire rooms, or cheap gadgets that get shoved into closets after a few weeks of use. Neither option works well for people who want to stay fit without sacrificing their carefully curated living spaces. The challenge becomes even more complex when you factor in busy schedules that make gym visits feel impossible.

The Opluma concept design tackles this dilemma by starting from what the designer calls “zero,” the point where busy people consider what to add or subtract from their lives for better balance. The wall-mounted fitness device features an intuitive O+– button that symbolizes this philosophy of thoughtful addition and subtraction. The concept recognizes that modern wellness isn’t about cramming more equipment into your home; it’s about making smarter choices that enhance both your health and your environment.

Designer: Taemin Lee

The design draws inspiration from the kettlebell’s versatility while completely reimagining its form for contemporary living. Opluma mounts directly to your wall at head height, transforming from bulky floor equipment into an elegant design element that could easily be mistaken for modern art. The curved display at the top draws your attention during workouts, while the ergonomic grip below provides the anchor point for resistance exercises. The neutral color palette and flowing lines ensure it complements rather than clashes with existing decor.

Digital controls handle the technical complexity while keeping the user experience refreshingly simple. Buttons on the back of the display let you set workout parameters like reps and sets, while controls on the grip adjust resistance in real time through a motorized wire tension system. The device actively assists your workout, adapting resistance as you exercise and providing feedback through the curved screen. The grip rotates to accommodate two-handed exercises, expanding the range of possible workouts from a single, wall-mounted point.

Opluma appeals particularly to design-conscious professionals who refuse to compromise their living spaces for fitness equipment. The wall-mounted configuration saves floor space while creating a dedicated workout zone that feels intentional rather than intrusive. The grip’s ergonomics have been thoroughly tested with a 3D printed prototype, ensuring the concept works as well as it looks. The result feels equally at home in a minimalist apartment or a contemporary office space.

The concept points toward a future where home fitness equipment integrates seamlessly with interior design, functioning as both a wellness tool and an aesthetic element. Traditional gym equipment demands that you adapt your space to accommodate it, but Opluma adapts to your space instead. The wall-mounted approach eliminates storage concerns while creating a visual reminder of your fitness goals that doesn’t feel like nagging gym equipment.

]]>

Jetpacks have long been a dream for humanity, but we’re still far from seeing people regularly strapped into them, flying from home to work. However, an Israeli startup believes it’s much simpler to provide a harnessed jetpack that lets people fly underwater, rather than through the air, at speeds of up to 5.8 mph. It’s called the Shark Jet Pack and is designed to use water jets attached to the back, enabling wearers to dive deep into the sea and swim alongside sharks and other marine life.

The KikFin Shark Jetpack features two pectoral-inspired fins, which help the device mimic the movements of fast sea creatures like sharks, thus the name. Worn on the back, it gives the wearer hands-free freedom to move freely through the water as though they were part of the ocean’s natural ecosystem.

Designer: KiKFin

The KiKFin Shark is harnessed around the shoulder and meant to rest on your back like a jetpack designed for flying. It is lightweight, so you won’t feel its bulk on the shoulder and back. It tips the scale at 13 pounds (slightly over 6 kgs) with the battery onboard, and can thrust you through the water at blistering speeds that you can control from the glove in the hand.

The top speed we are talking about is 5.8 mph, which is made possible by two cylindrical thrusters on the back. Each of them contains a propeller to provide the propulsion. The cylinders are connected to the pectoral fins for stability. The jetpack can allow you to dive down to depths of 131 feet (40 m), so it’s not just for shallow swimming in any way.

The glove works as a speed controller, letting you select between three speed modes depending on what creature you are following, or what predator is chasing you. While speeds are fascinating, it’s how you maneuver the jetpack that will win you over. The wearer is required to simply tilt the head in the direction they’d like to go. The sensors on the Shark will pick that up and adjust the body position and the thrusters accordingly.

The entire rig is powered by batteries. These are embedded within the fins to remain cool during operation. Designed to last between 45 and 85 minutes, depending upon how it is being used. These are swappable, so you can instantly stack in a new one without having to leave the water. The KiKFin Shark jetpack was briefly available on the company website for pre-order at $500, we learn. Currently, the website resides behind a password wall and we cannot confirm if KiKFin is still taking preorders, what the retail price is going to be, or when we can expect to fly underwater with the Shark.

Two new LEGO Nike sets rise up for slam dunk, fans gear up to build their own court victory

]]>

We never expected it to be any different, but the LEGO x Nike collaboration is really raining kicks, bricks, and a whole lot of fan love. It all started with the fully co-branded Nike Dunk x LEGO Set, an inspiring creation that celebrates imagination, sneaker culture, and the spirit of basketball. That breathtaking moment was never meant to be the end. Now, two more LEGO x Nike sets have dropped, and if you’re in a place where basketball, Nike, and LEGO are loved year-round, these are absolute no-brainers.

Unveiled on September 1, 2025, these include the Nike Slam Dunk and the Nike Dunk Trickshot. The former comprises a scene depicting a basketball player at the culmination of a layup, all stretched into the air right in the midst of the action to perform a dunk. Made entirely of LEGO, the player has plenty of articulation, allowing it to be configured in several poses. Second on the launch list is the Trickshot set, which is one of the most economical LEGO Nike collaborations sets featuring a Nike Dunk in St John’s colorway. Reaching out of the Dunk is a minifig in a hoodie and cap, which seems ready to catapult out of the sneaker and launch straight for the basket.

Designer: Nike x LEGO

The Nike Slam Dunk

The Nike Slam Dunk set, priced at £59.99 (roughly 80 bucks in the US), features a picture-worthy dunk pulled off by the brick-man. The basketball star figure, complete with posable arms and head, also features a hope (he is going for), a scoreboard below, and a championship banner hanging right underneath it. The spectators, of course, would have gone unnoticed in the frame if I hadn’t mentioned them here.

The entire set contains 809 pieces and is recommended for kids aged 10 and above. Once put together with your own choice of customizations of the player’s hairstyle, Nike jersey, and trainers, you can have it up on the display wall to show off the build and your love for the game. Nike Slam Dunk set measures over 37 cm (14.5 in.) high, 25 cm (10 in.) wide, and 14 cm (5.5 in.) deep, just so that you know where you can host it.

Nike Dunk Trickshot

Nike Dunk Trickshot will just cost you £34.99 (approx. $45), but presents all basketball fans with a cool sports scene they can build to execute the trickshot. The set comprises only 454 pieces, so it’s, of course, not the most detailed build, essentially also because it is targeted at kids. Also, for kids of 10 years and above, the sporty scene allows users to start with building the graffiti backdrop first and then get to building the basketball hoop and the low-top Nike Dunk in its original red colourway.

Measuring over 16 cm (6 in.) high, 17 cm (7 in.) wide, and 13 cm (5 in.) deep, The Dunk features a propeller and a LEGO basketball player minifigure in it simulating a dunking action. The minifig comes with a set of customizable heads and hoodies. The instructions to build both the mentioned sets are available on the LEGO Builder app, just in case the basketball fan in you cannot figure out the LEGO bricks in order.

Central Saint Martins graduate Noé Chouraqui spotted something most tennis players never think about. Those bright yellow balls flying across courts worldwide create a massive environmental problem. For his final-year design project, he decided to tackle it head-on. His solution is POINT – a completely 3D-printed tennis ball that could revolutionize how we think about sports equipment and sustainability.

The staggering reality is that over 300 million tennis balls get manufactured every year, and each one takes 400 years to break down once tossed away. Most end up rotting in landfills after just a few weeks of play. It’s an environmental disaster hiding in plain sight, one that Chouraqui realized needed addressing without sacrificing the performance players demand.

Designer: Noé Chouraqui

POINT tackles this waste through smart material science. Instead of the usual hollow rubber core wrapped in felt, Chouraqui uses High Resilience PLA made from corn starch. This bio-based filament can be composted industrially and cuts environmental impact by 90 percent. The single-material construction eliminates the recycling nightmare of traditional multi-component tennis balls while maintaining familiar bounce and flight characteristics. “PLA-HR is eco-friendly, as it is compostable under industrial conditions and has a lower carbon footprint than traditional plastics,” said Chouraqui.

Creating the perfect formula wasn’t simple.”It was crucial to preserve the characteristic features of tennis balls so that the product would immediately be identified as a tennis ball, rather than just any other ball,” Chouraqui said. He spent months testing different filaments, internal structures, and printing settings using Fusion 360 and BambuLab Studio. He kept the classic neon-yellow color and seam lines because, as he put it, the design needed those “familiar felt lines to retain that visual connection.” The result earned him a patent for his innovative approach.

The real validation came through official testing by Jamie Capel Davies, the International Tennis Federation’s Head of Science and Technical. His evaluation showed POINT balls perform aerodynamically just like traditional tennis balls. Now the ITF Technical Commission is reviewing the data and considering rule changes that could allow sustainable alternatives in professional matches, potentially opening doors for widespread adoption.

Chouraqui’s work shows us that environmental responsibility doesn’t mean compromising performance, potentially inspiring similar transformations across athletic gear manufacturing.

Unless you’ve been living under a proverbial rock, you probably know that the Nike Air Jordans are among the most iconic basketball sneakers ever created. For decades, these sneakers have reigned supreme both on and off the court, beloved by athletes, sneakerheads, and casual shoe collectors. Among the many legendary releases, the Air Jordan XIV holds a special place in the hearts of die-hard Michael Jordan fans as it was the last Air Jordans worn by Michael Jordan during his time with the Chicago Bulls.

Now, in a move that’s making waves in both the basketball and golfing communities, Nike is bringing a fresh twist to the classic: the Air Jordan 14 G. The worlds of basketball and golf are colliding, and the result is a stylish, performance-driven golf shoe that’s ready to turn heads on the fairway. The Nike Air Jordan 14 G takes some of the most beloved features of the original basketball silhouette and reimagines them for the modern golfer who wants to make a statement while chasing that elusive hole-in-one.

Designer: Nike

Nike hasn’t forgotten about comfort as it retains some of the beloved features of the original. The shoe includes the signature Air Zoom units in both the forefoot and heel, ensuring you get the same plush, responsive cushioning you’d expect from a top-tier sneaker. Whether you’re power-walking across the greens or lining up that crucial putt, your feet stay supported and comfortable.

But Nike knows that golf comes with its own set of challenges, so they’ve made some clever adjustments to fit the golfing lifestyle. The midsole has been stabilized to provide the support you need for those long hours on the course. And, most importantly for the serious golfer, the outsole now features seven removable spikes, along with secondary traction elements. This combo gives you a reliable, steady grip, whether you’re playing on dry grass or tackling a dewy morning round.

Comfort doesn’t stop at cushioning and traction. The designers have added a soft foam around the collar, cradling your ankle for all-day play. No more worries about blisters or discomfort, even if your game takes longer than expected! The upper is made from genuine leather, giving the shoe an elevated, luxurious look that’s perfect for those who appreciate style as much as performance. And, for those unpredictable weather days, the closed seams keep water out, so you can stay dry even if you encounter a little rain or step into a wet patch. The midsole is crafted from soft foam, while the insole boasts special memory foam that molds to your foot over time. This dual-layered approach means your feet are pampered every step of the way, whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just starting out.

With its blend of heritage style, modern comfort, and functional golf technology, it’s perfect for those who want to stand out on the green without sacrificing performance. Whether you’re a golfer, a sneaker enthusiast, or simply someone who loves unique footwear, the Air Jordan 14 G is a hole-in-one in every sense.
