Freshly published data from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement reveal that the Garden State’s regulated online gambling market is growing at a healthy clip.

The state generated revenue of $16.7 million during the month of October.

That’s nearly 30% greater than October of 2015.

NJ’s revenue for the year so far now stands at $161.2 million. However, not all is well in the gaming world in New Jersey.

“While online gambling expanded, New Jersey’s casino market continues to suffer, with revenue down 2.7% year-on-year,” iGamingBusiness reports, noting that New Jersey is still “the most successful state in the US to have legalised online gambling, with Nevada and Delaware some way behind in terms of revenue.”
