More 888 Brands Ready for Online Gambling in New JerseySome of the biggest names in global online gaming have been pushing hard to get it right during this past week of “soft play” in New Jersey.

All American Poker Network (AAPN), the joint venture between online gaming operator 888 and investment firm Avenue Capital Group, announced ahead of the weekend that 888casino and 888poker brands have been authorized for soft launch by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE).

Soft play ends tomorrow as online gambling formally commences statewide.

The casino and poker sites, powered by 888’s igaming software and services, are now open for registration and real money play to a select group of players.

“Today’s launch is the result of a tremendous effort from our partners at 888 and Avenue Capital,” says David Licht, Executive Chairman of AAPN. “We are proud to be offering our real money gaming proposition in New Jersey, over a cutting-edge platform that gives players a regulated, safe and secure poker and casino entertainment experience.”
