mGamingWatch learned Tuesday that Boyd Gaming is contributing $50,000 to American Red Cross relief efforts in Louisiana.
The contribution comes in support of ongoing relief efforts following recent flooding in the state of Louisiana.
Boyd Gaming will provide $50,000 to match cash donations to Red Cross relief efforts in Louisiana, from now until September 12.
“As one of Louisiana’s largest and most established gaming companies, it is Boyd Gaming’s privilege and honor to give back to the people of this state during their time of need,” said Keith Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer of Boyd Gaming. “We invite our customers and business partners to join us in supporting the extraordinary efforts of the American Red Cross, as they work tirelessly to help our Louisiana neighbors recover and rebuild.”
