VizExplorer, a provider of operational intelligence solutions, has just announced that it has launched a real-time casino marketing solution for the casino and hospitality industry.
According to details of the offering shared with MGW, greetViz automates select customer service processes to ensure a high level of responsiveness to guests, enhances the customer experience and drives guest loyalty.
“Well suited to casinos and integrated resort properties, greetViz is a lightweight and flexible tool that aims to ensure consistently high-quality customer service across an entire property. By issuing mobile alerts upon predetermined guest events, e.g., player arrival at valet, card-in, jackpot win, achieving a preset ADT, casino operators can ensure that guests get greeted personally by a staff member.”
VizExplorer says that host teams and other staff members may respond to alerts via simple email messages to receive additional player info in real-time, “ensuring a personalized service experience that satisfies guests and promotes loyalty through repeat visits.”
We’re told that the new guest service automation tool has already been licensed to a range of VizExplorer customers, including Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut and Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort in D’Iberville, Mississippi.
