It's Glitch Galore as Online Gambling Begins in New JerseyFor 24 hours now, “soft play” has been underway in New Jersey with regard to online gambling, leading up to the anticipated November 26th start of statewide real-money game-play.

But the first day has been teeming with glitches, reports Press of Atlantic City.

The launch was not without issues, as users encountered error messages in some cases informing them that they were not located in the state, even though they were well within New Jersey’s borders.

To date, all seven Atlantic City casinos have been licensed to proceed with online gambling.

17 websites have been given a green light to begin operations in relation these seven casinos (a single casino can create up to five websites under a single license).

As the weekend progresses, it’s likely that we’ll hear more feedback regarding glitches and other problematic issues. But as of tonight, there’s no indication that the November 26th start-date will be postponed.
