Good News (For a Change): Delaware Online Gambling Revenue IncreasesLottery officials in the state of Delaware have released their November revenue numbers which show a 42% increase from October.

Yes, you read that correctly. It’s a rare glimpse at good news in the world of online gambling in one of only three U.S. states that allow online and mobile gambling.

Collectively, PokerUpdate summarized in a review of the comprehensive data, Delaware Park, Dover Downs, and Harrington Raceway took in $184,898, ranking as the fourth best month since November 2013 when the switch was flipped on online gambling.

Delaware’s gaming revenue peaked in April with $240,762 while its lowest point came during their first month online ($111,387).

In particular, online poker tables saw a rise of 15% in November.

Delaware hopes more online poker players will log on when the Multi State Internet Gaming Agreement with Nevada (finally) commences. The governors of both states signed the MSIGA in February but things are still being worked out.
