iGaming North America Conference Kicks Off This WeekThis week in Las Vegas, the 2014 iGaming North America conference kicks off at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.

This marks the fourth year of this “networking and educational event” designed to introduce the land-based gaming businesses of North America to the global iGaming industry.

“Our aim,” event organizers say, “is to provide a cost-effective networking environment that helps foster understanding regarding the potential impacts of regulation of internet gambling in the U.S. and Canada, and provides critical information regarding the players, resources, legislative framework and topics that are important to all of the parties that comprise the important commercial gaming segment.”

With the surge in activity at both the state/provincial as well as federal levels, those behind the event believe this is the right time for all of the operators, consultants, vendors and suppliers focused on the North American audience to come together for this “important informational event.”

“Following the success we have had in Europe with the Social Gaming Conference we are really excited to embed the show within iGaming North America” says Alex Pratt, Head of iGaming Business. “Social gaming is a significant part of the iGaming market in North America and is already helping to drive both new revenues and real money gambling traffic. This show is essential for executives to ensure they are at the forefront of this exciting market taking full advantage of the opportunities it presents.”
