While its hardly a news flash that a company with its fortunes tied to online gambling would be supportive of New Jersey’s consideration to expand online gambling activity in the state, gaming companies focused on the growth of this young industry are pushing for expansion wherever they can get it.
This morning, the gaming aficionados at Jackpot247 responded to news that online gambling in The Garden State may expand to allow gaming other countries and across the U.S.
As mGamingWatch previously reported, New Jersey is seeking to expand its online gambling jurisdiction to include other territories in the U.S. as well as international players.
In short, this move would allow online casinos in New Jersey to be accessed by users outside of the state (or even the country), and would open up the new world of regulated online gambling in the U.S. to a wider audience. The bill will also push processors to get a casino industry service license that encourage the free use of credit cards for online gambling.
