Joingo Boss Says Mobile Tech and Data Analytics are a Game Changer for Casino MarketingJoingo has hit the jackpot again with its latest launch.

On Tuesday, the leading provider of mobile engagement solutions for the casino gaming industry, rolled out the first smartphone and tablet apps for the Casino at Delaware Park.

A direct result of the Joingo partnership with VizExplorer, this is the first launch of PatronViz, which connects the Joingo Mobile Loyalty System with the casino’s VizExplorer Integration Hub.

The app will serve as the mobile portal for Delaware Park, making it easy for patrons to access all the property’s amenities, including Casino Gaming, Racing, Sports Betting, Golf and Dining.

According to the formal announcement, connectivity with the casino’s existing Bally CMP systems provides real-time account information, targeted player messaging and mobile offers to be delivered to Player Rewards Club members’ mobile devices.

“Integrations with Facebook and Twitter allow patrons to share in-app content with their network of friends and followers, increasing the reach of Delaware Park’s mobile messages,” Joingo says.
