NJ Regulators Publish Revised iGaming Approval List

New Jersey Road SignThis week, New Jersey’s Division of Gaming Enforcement published an updated list of companies approved for business in the state’s freshly regulated online gambling market.

Specifically, the Division published two lists. The first includes the names of companies that have, to date, received transactional waivers.

The second highlights those eligible for transactional waivers.

The names listed on both documents are supplemental to the Nov. 1st list of companies that previously received Ancillary CSIE licenses.

Among the companies that have received a transactional waiver include:

  • Caesars and Amaya.
  • Tropicana and Gamesys.
  • Bally’s and 888.
  • Trump Taj Mahal and Ultimate Gaming / CAMS.
  • Golden Nugget and Bally Technologies / Amaya.
  • Borgata and bwin.party / Amaya / CAMS.
  • Trump Plaza and Betfair / GameAccount / Amaya / CAMS.

Among the companies eligible for a transactional waiver include:

  • Paddy Power.
  • Genesis Gaming, Inc.
  • Betable New Jersey.
  • Rush Street Interactive.
  • Evolution New Jersey.
  • Williams Interactive.
  • Pala Interactive.
  • Scientific Games International.
