Playtech Launches ‘Dual Network’ for its Live Games

Playtech, a designer and developer for multi-channel games, has confirmed the launch of its ‘Dual Network’ for Live games.

The offering lets players located anywhere in the world enjoy a “tailored cultural experience” while playing Live games on any platform – including mobile.

The feature currently caters for both European and Asian markets. This means an Asian player who lives in Europe can play a game operated in the UK with an Asian dealer who follows Asian customer service practices and vice versa.

Playtech says such customisation “offers players a familiar cultural experience making the gaming experience all the more exhilarating.”

According to Shimon Akad, Playtech’s VP of Operations, the introduction of the “Dual Network” feature “once again shows Playtech’s responsiveness to player’s needs.”

“We constantly aim to provide our operators with the newest technology and best offering in the market, we follow consumer behaviours and create products that provide our licensees with a strong competitive advantage, which allows them to expand their potential market,” Akad adds. “I am certain this feature will be more and more important amongst players and operators in no time.”
