The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) organization has just announced plans to team up with Unibet, delving into the online gambling area thanks to this latest coupling.
Unibet is now the official betting partner of the UFC. In addition, the two-year partnership extends to the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, Belgium, Netherlands, France and Australia.
“Unibet has established itself one of the leaders in the gambling sector, bringing a range of quality offerings to their customers that set the company apart from other providers,” an announcement from the UFC reads. “Unibet’s key values of passion and expertise, as well as embracing the Internet and Mobile as key distribution channels, provide an ideal synergy with the UFC.”
Garry Cook, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of UFC EMEA, calls the partnership a great opportunity for its fans to step into the world of the UFC in a new and engaging way.
“We are delighted to partner with one if the world’s fastest growing online betting,” Cook says. “The UFC is hosting more events than ever internationally in 2014 allowing us to reach more potential fans across the globe.”
