William Hill and Net Entertainment have signed an agreement that secures a partnership that will allow William Hill to expand it’s portfolio of desktop and mobile games.
William Hill Director of Gaming, James Curwen said of the agreement: “Net Entertainment is one of the leading suppliers of best in breed online casino content in the market today, and we are fully committed to make sure we can provide our player community with the very best experience. The agreement will cover gaming distribution for all customer devices.”
Björn Krantz, Net Entertainment Managing Director, says the partnership represents an exciting opportunity for both companies.
“We continue to follow our growth strategy in the UK market, and I am very excited that William Hill has selected Net Entertainment as supplier for a selection of our best in class casino games to be distributed over their online casino network,” Krantz, tells Online-Casinos.com. “The agreement with William Hill solidifies the trust and confidence our partners have in our operational and technical leadership. Both parties are now working very close together to secure a successful integration and planning for commercial launch and we are convinced that our games will be well received by William Hill’s player base.”
In recent months, William Hill has been in a phase of expansion as the company extended its wagering business into Nevada, the only state in the U.S. to permit sports betting.
In August, Hill announced its plan to purchase Australian online wagering company, TomWaterhouse.com for upwards of $110 million.
The deal is contingent upon business performance until the end of 2015.
