Carnival Corporation recently confirmed plans to welcome aboard the team at Scientific Games.
According to the famed cruise ship company, Scientific Games will work with Carnival to launch mobile casino games on a number of the company’s cruise liners.
“Scientific Games is a leader in the mobile gaming space and offered the best solution for our needs,” explains Marty Goldman, Carnival Corporation’s senior VP of global casino operations. “For the first time, we’re bringing the casino to our guests so they can play their favorite games on their mobile devices when they are lounging by the pool, relaxing in their rooms, or anywhere else onboard.”
We’re told the games are already live on the Carnival Freedom and Carnival Breeze lines. The Regal Princess liner is next in line to get the mobile casino games, which will include everything from mobile slots to tablet games.
“We are thrilled that Carnival Corporation chose our mobile wagering solution for its cruise ships,” said Jordan Levin, representing Scientific Games in a news release. “This relationship expands the reach of our mobile wagering platform and enables Carnival to engage with their guests in a whole new way by offering a world-class gaming experience that adds more thrills to their vacation at sea.”
