In a recent announcement, Ultimate Gaming shared that they will be leaving New Jersey’s online gambling market.
Ultimate Gaming is currently a partner of the Trump Taj Mahal, and claims that there have been “multiple breaches” of their contract by Taj Mahal.
Trump Entertainment Resorts has no comments in regards to ultimate gaming’s allegations.
Ultimate Gaming will continue to participate in the US online gambling market, however — specifically, in Nevada — with their UltimatePoker.com online casino. Even if Ultimate Gaming had continued on with Taj Mahal in New Jersey, it is likely that Taj Mahal will close on or around November 13, 2014.
Online gamblers can continue to gamble in New Jersey with Taj Mahal through that Betfair until the Trump casino license is revoked.
