Caesars Interactive Entertainment has confirmed its acquisition of social gaming company Pacific Interactive.
Moving deeper into the mobile arena, Caesars has opened up a world of opportunity through the purchase of Pacific Interactive, the maker of House of Fun social and mobile casino style games.
To date, this deal marks the fourth of its kind (acquisitions within the social gaming market) for Caesars Interactive Entertainment.
We’re told that Caesars will retain the estimated 100 employees of Pacific Interactive and its various affiliates housed across the globe.
Few details about the acquisition are presently known, but according to a report from Online-Casinos.com, “Caesars plans to immediately integrate the operations of the firm and accomplish a seamless change over.”
