RESORT ADVANTAGE PRINTERSIt’s one of several bold new products and services to be displayed this week at G2E in Las Vegas.

Resort Advantage, a well-established innovation leader in FinCEN and IRS compliance solutions for the gaming industry, has teamed with FutureLogic, Inc., a leading developer of ticket printing and couponing solutions, to develop an integration partnership that enhances Resort Advantages’ Slots Jackpot Accelerator (SJA) mobile jackpot payout solution.

According to a joint announcement made Tuesday, RA’s SJA mobile jackpot payout solution seamlessly integrates with FutureLogic’s dual-port printers, offering an innovative tool to floor attendants and patrons by providing instant access to jackpot payout documents while at the gaming machine.

Nick Micalizzi, VP of Sales and Marketing for North America at FutureLogic, says that RA’s Slots Jackpot Accelerator solution combined with the 2nd port in our GEN2 Universal or GEN3 Evolution printers, “will allow floor attendants to conduct more jackpot payout processing transactions on the casino floor to get casino patrons back to gaming quickly.”

“Like Resort Advantage,” Micalizzi adds, “our solutions are designed to simplify and enhance the gaming experience for patrons while providing significant cost savings for our mutual clients.”

Slots Jackpot Accelerator is the gaming industry’s first mobile jackpot payout processing solution. Using an Android, iPad, or Windows mobile device’s touch screen, camera, barcode reader, mag stripe reader and phone capabilities, SJA is touted for reducing the manual effort required by floor, cage, and compliance personnel to process jackpots and can completely eliminate paperwork produced.

“Mobile solutions are no longer a want, but are becoming a necessity for casino properties seeking to gain a competitive advantage. Our Slots Jackpot Accelerator solution seamlessly integrates with FutureLogic’s gaming printers to expedite the jackpot payout process by making a jackpot payout receipt, appropriate IRS form, and a promotional coupon available to the patron right at the gaming machine,” explains Brian Ferrilla, Managing Director of Resort Advantage. “The casinos benefit by getting patrons back to gaming quickly, minimizing the paperwork required by the cash cage and floor staff, which further reduces jackpot payout processing costs.”
