European Poker Tour and Prague Poker Festival Schedules OverlapOn Monday, PokerFuse.com was first to report the Prague Poker Festival and the European Poker Tour will be hosting a series of poker events again this December in Prague.

In past years, the organizations coordinated their schedules so that they could operate under one roof.  However, this year they will be held in separate venues as their schedules overlap.

The Prague Poker Festival will be held at the Czech Republic’s Card Casino running from December 5th through the 22nd.  The series will feature a number of sponsored tournaments rounding off with the bwin-World Poker Tour Main Event.

The European Poker Tour will take place at the Hilton Prague Hotel, just 5 km from the Prague Poker Festival.  The tour will run from December 8th through the 18th and feature 40 events.

The Prague Poker Festival is set to include a wide variety of brands such as the European Championship of Amateur Poker, the 888 Prague Championship II, Everest Poker Live, The Grand Live Main Event, the World Sit ‘n’ Go Masters, and the bwin-World Poker Tour Main Event.

There are also daily events sponsored by Mindsports International, in addition to satellites to both Grand Live and bwin-World Poker Tour Main Events.

The European Poker Tour and PokerStars are teaming up with the Eureka Poker Tour to provide side events and satellites heading into the Eureka Poker Tour Main Event, PLO Championship, and the 8-handed High Roller event.
