MGW learned Thursday that JOINGO, a leading provider of mobile engagement solutions for the casino gaming industry, has just announced that WinnaVegas Casino Resort in Sloan, IA will launch a JOINGO-powered app and mobile engagement platform in early 2017.
“The JOINGO platform will provide WinnaVegas with its flexible, robust, easy to use mobile customer engagement solution that seamlessly drives one-on-one engagement with every patron, resulting in increased revenue and return on investment,” reads a provided statement.
Additionally, we’re told that the WinnaVegas team will also use the JOINGO platform to release perishable inventory such as concert tickets and food, reduce kiosk lines, and move patrons to paperless marketing to save on direct mail costs.
The application for iOS and Android will feature a first-ever JOINGO integration with TableTrac casino management system CasinoTrac, to display patron qualified offers and account information, offer kiosk functions such as drawing check-in, and display progressive jackpot information.
WinnaVegas Casino Resort will also have access to the JOINGO console, where they will be able to create geofences, segment patrons, send targeted and location-based messages, and use JOINGO’s new leading-edge business intelligence and reporting platform, JOINGO Insights.
