eGaming Operator Finds New Success in Customer MarketingOver the weekend, mGamingWatch learned that Optimove, a provider of automated retention marketing solutions for digital businesses, is enjoying newfound success with Spiral Solutions.

Spiral Solutions, we’re told, “has successfully completed deployment of the Optimove software.” Spiral Solutions is a leading eGaming operator and platform provider.

As a result of the aforementioned successful deployment, the team at Spiral Solutions claims to have already measured a “marked increase” in customer response rates and spend for players at its Web and mobile casino properties, including All Slots Casino and All Jackpots Casino.

The first phase of deploying Optimove involved a joint project of customizing Optimove’s customer model to Spiral Solutions’ requirements. The Optimove model includes deep customer segmentation, lifetime value prediction and customer churn prediction. Phase two involved planning, measuring and optimizing personalized customer marketing campaigns for a wide variety of customer “personas.” Spiral Solutions retention marketers are now using Optimove to automatically target small groups of customers with personalized campaigns based on advanced customer segmentation and predictive analytics.
