On Tuesday, Table Trac, Inc. and The Yankton Sioux Tribe’s Fort Randall Casino and Hotel announced the selection of the CasinoTrac management system to replace its existing casino management system.
The replacement is set for their casino in Fort Randall, South Dakota.
According to the announcement shared with MGW, Table Trac will provide the Fort Randall casino with a complete suite of casino management products that includes reporting, slot auditing, accounting, patron management, dispatching, along with marketing and promotional solutions, which assist casinos in creating player loyalty and growing revenues.
“Given the increasingly competitive gaming landscape in eastern South Dakota it was imperative that our casino change system providers,” says Roy Wade Jr., Acting Co General Manager for Fort Randall Casino. “Casino Trac gives us a system with enhanced capabilities that also frees us from burdensome planned obsolescence and upgrade fees.”
