Infor, a provider of business applications specialized by industry and built for the cloud, announced on Monday what it calls significant success for its hospitality business unit at HITEC 2016.
Hospitality applications for revenue management and digital marketing, financial management and analytics, hotel property management and guest service, and talent and human resource management, have contributed to nearly 2,519 new or expanded relationships in the most recent fiscal year ending April 30, the company says.
These include customers such as White Lodging, The Study Hotel Group, Bellaire Properties, Gun Lake Casino and River Spirit Casino Resort.
“When we began looking to purchase our hospitality management system over two years ago, we wanted an integrated progressive solution from a single partner that could help us run our properties more efficiently, so we could build an effortless the guest experience from the beginning, with a solution that would enable us not convolute our processes,” said Jeff Brooks, Chief Information Officer at River Spirit Casino Resort. “It was clear that Infor’s industry-specific knowledge, and next generation software solution capabilities, were exactly what we needed to drive bottom line results.”
Over the last 12 months, Infor has made significant industry-specific product updates, resulting in doubled sales growth of Infor HMS, today’s announcement explains.
The updates include the ability to deliver a single source of information of guest history and preferences regardless of where in the world the property is located or how the solution is deployed at individual properties with Central Profile Management. In addition, there is enhanced support for the creation and management of special package offers enabling customers to better use their guest profile data to develop more personal and relevant offers to guests.
Infor says its hospitality solutions drive “new levels of usability, connectivity, and insight.”
