KGM Gaming, Caesars Interactive Entertainment Partner for Online GamingOn Monday, KGM Gaming announced it has reached an agreement with Caesars Interactive Entertainment to provide its remote gaming server (RGS) to CaesarsCasino.com and HarrahsCasino.com for New Jersey residents and other visitors of legal age.

Representatives for KGM say their company laid the groundwork for this deal nearly six months ago when it became the first company to submit a complete working RGS for online gaming to the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.

KGM also touts that it is one of the few providers with the ability to deliver “100% mobile-ready content” that will integrate through a casino’s current online provider, allowing players to be fully functional via smartphone throughout New Jersey.

KGM is able to offer their online gaming technology to New Jersey’s casino operators through the company’s license agreement with Spin Games.

“Our agreement with Caesars Interactive Entertainment is a natural fit,” says Jason Peters, President of KGM Gaming. “We’ve both approached online gaming with a start-up mentality that allows us to remain nimble and react quickly and aggressively to opportunities and challenges that arise through this process.” Kent Young, President of Spin Games added, “We’re delighted to be providing leading edge technology and content, with stellar partners, for such a pioneering opportunity.”
